When adding this condition to a workflow, the workflow checks if a specific field is in the specific library / list. If it is, the condition is true and thus, the actions are then implemented.

[SharePoint Designer]: “Unable to load workflow actions from the server.”
Today I encountered a new error at work which is: “Unable to load workflow actions from the server. Please contact your server administrator.” This occurred when I opened a SharePoint site in Microsoft Office SharePoint Designer, and then tried to add a Workflow. [SharePoint - VisualStudio] Error : Corroleation value has not been initializedon declaration *correlation name* for activity *name of activity*

 

This error arises on the deployment of a SharePoint Workflow where the developer has put an activity above the onWorkflowActivated activity.

Kindly, put the onWorkflowActivated activity as the first activity in your workflow as this is a SharePoint restriction.
