The recent launch of Visual Studio 2015 includes the (almost) fully fledged Community Edition. Code Lens seems to be the only major feature not present. It’s completely free to single developers and even small companies, so a no-brainer. Mad Kristensen’s indispensible ‘Web Essentials’ add-in is available for VS2015, so don’t forget this.
To coincide with the VS launch Syncfusion have a new E-Book, ‘Visual Studio Succinctly’. The complete series of E-Books are free to download so another no-brainer.
