Useing Web Site Admin Tool outside of VS.NET

Why create user and role administration pages when they're already there for you? In addition to the great login and account creation controls, vs.net also comes with a great site administration tool that allows you to create users, roles, etc. very easily. But...what if you want to access this outside of your vs.net environment? What if you just want to let your users have access to it? Check out the article below for the answer:

Well, its a little flakey too...I went to add a new user today and I checked off the two roles that we have in the system...i got an error that it didn't recognize one of the roles...huh?! Weird...
